Our Policy
Our office policy has always been to work with all patients; both no insurance as well as those with dental insurance. We will do our best to help you maximize your dental benefits, but please understand that we can only provide an estimate of benefits. Depending on your insurance, your coverage may vary.
Appointments:
Once an appointment has been scheduled, this time has been reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you kindly give a minimum of 24 hour notice.
Payments:
Payment is due at the time that services are rendered unless previous arrangements have been made. This includes co-payment and deductibles (balances not paid by your insurance). We also offer other payment options such as Care Credit, Medical Financing Company and Chase Credit as well as all major credit cards. We accept most dental insurances. PPO's such as Delta Dental, Metlife, Aetna etc.
